Payment

All services require a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of the service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is my top priority. I am committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring complete happiness.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied please let me know at the time of the appointment or within 7 days, and I will make every effort to address your concerns.

I do not offer refunds on completed services. 

​

Professional Conduct

I only offer services for those 12 and older.

 

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.

How do I prepare for my visit?

Please arrive with clean hair, dry hair, and keep your natural curl pattern intact. 

Avoid tight styles such as buns, braids, or ponytails before your appointment.

Prioritize detangling before your service. No excessive tangles or matting. 

​

Feel free to bring reference photos that showcase your desired goals. 

​

For all color services please arrive with clean hair washed within a day or two.

What is a curly cut? What can I expect?

A curly cut is a personalized haircut designed specifically for curls, waves, and coils. Each cut is tailored to the individual client based on their goals, texture, and density. 

​

During the appointment, expect a one-on-one consultation, recommended tools, and products, as well as styling techniques, drying methods, refresh, and sleeping routines. 

​

The appointment includes a basic detox/clarifying shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, and a wash-n-go style. 

​

Feel free to take notes during the session to help retain the valuable information shared.

Cancellation/Late Policy 

  • Please give a 24 hour notice for any service. 

  • If  late notice or no notice is given you will lose your deposit.

  • I offer a 10 min grace period. Please let me know if you are running late. If later than 10 minutes you may have to be rescheduled or not recieve the full service.
